How do I find a saved, enroute, cancelled, disapproved, or recalled record?

SPO USE ONLY

1. Open the Doc Search link in the upper right hand corner of the portal.
   
2. Click the Detailed Search link in the upper right hand corner of the Document Search screen.
   
3. In the Document Status box scroll down and select specific items, OR select the broader category such as "Pending Statuses" to get all the saved and enroute records.
   
4. Click Search

To further limit the results:

1. Under Document Type search for and select the document type you want to find:
• To find a PD document enter: ProposalDevelopmentDocument
• To find an IP document enter: InstitutionalProposalDocument
  
• To find an AWD document enter: AwardDocument
