How do I change PI default citizenship data, "Not Provided", in a proposal to a sponsor that requires citizenship declaration?

In the proposal, navigate to Key Personnel and locate the citizenship field. It is now a pick-list the PI or SPO can change the default, "Not Provided", to another selection.
