Can I see all the proposals in a signing official's queue?

There are two ways SPO staff can see all proposals in a signing official's queue.

Option 1: View another person's Action List

1. Enter the other person's OtterID (same as PrincipalID) into the field at the top right-hand corner of your home-screen, and click the button right next to it that says "Help Desk Action List login"
2. To exit the other person's Action List click the link to the left of the button (in this example: "Clear Lopez, Cynthia E's List"). No you won't change anything on her Action List when you do this. It simply returns you to your own.

This option shows items that are already IN their action list. To see items that are going to route to them in the near future, use option 2 (below).  OtterIDs for Common Signing Officials available here.

Option 2: Search for SAVED and ENROUTE proposals

1. Click on the Doc Search link (top right corner of window)
   
2. Click the Detailed Search button
   
3. Enter "proposaldevelopmentdocument" in the document type field
   
4. In the "Approver" field, enter the OtterID (same as PrincipalID) for the signing official you want to check on
   
5. Select both SAVED and ENROUTE from the status list (hold down the ctrl button while making your selections)

This option will show any items where the user you listed shows up in the route log as an approver including ones they've already approved and have gone on to the next signing official. So there is some noise that will appear in this search, but the benefit is that it shows items that are going to route to them in the near future as opposed to just what's already in their action list.
