Where do the Total Direct and Total Indirect Amounts in the REPORTS tab come from?

On the REPORTS tab, the amounts in the two columns to the far-right, Total Direct and Total Indirect Amounts, derive from the PI's final report. In other words, the PIs have to know what their Total Direct and Total Indirect Funding Amounts are at the time of Final Report submission OR ELSE the competition administrator can pre-populate the final report with the data.
