Can I pre-populate data (such as Total Direct and Total Indirect Funding amounts) in a PI's close out report?

Yes. 

1. Navigate to the competition and click the "Applications" button. 
   
2. Open (click the URL for) the application you want to pre-populate data in the close-out report.
3. Click the "Submit Final Report" button.
4. Enter the pre-populate data and click the "Save Work" button.
