Basic Steps to Searching

Launch Kuali: https://csumb-prd-res.kuali.co/

1. Click to Open "Unit" tab and mouse over to: Proposal Development, Institutional Proposal, or Award
   
2. At the above, click on the magnifying glass to the right of the words
   
3. Optional - To limit results to a particular department:
• In Proposal Development Lookup: enter the deptID into the "Lead Unit" field
  
• In Institutional Proposal Lookup: enter the deptID into the "Unit ID" field
• In Award Lookup: enter the deptID into the "Lead Unit ID" field
4. Click the [Search] button right below all the the search fields
   
5. Scroll to view results
   
6. Scroll to the bottom to export results
