How do I change a report auto-populated in the Generic Sponsor Template?

  1. Navigate to the System Admin Portal > Maintenance tab
  2. In the Maintenance tab, under Awards grouping, select Sponsor Template. Then in the Sponsor Template Lookup window search for the template you want to update. 
  3. In the search result, select the edit link for the template. Upon clicking the edit button, the Sponsor Template document will open. 
  4. In the Sponsor Template doc: enter a Description
    • to update the Reports, in the Edit Sponsor Template Reports panel, you can delete any of the reports that are no longer applicable and add any new reports needed.
    • once you make all the necessary updates, click the Submit button to finalize the Sponsor Template document.
