118: Institutional Proposal Viewer (Unit: [deptID]; Descends Hierarchy: YES)
123: Award Viewer (Unit: [deptID]; Descends Hierarchy: YES)
122: Award Attachments Viewer (Unit: [deptID]; Descends Hierarchy: YES)

Deans+Provost+support staff:
1658: Run Global Reports (access to the BIME REPORTS tab - all units)

By virtue of being a signing official (aka: Unit Administrator) they have the following derived roles for every record in their unit(s):

860: View Proposal
868: View Award
924: Open Institutional Proposal
861: View Budget
869: View Award Attachments
862: View Narratives
