What's the permission SPO needs to add to my profile in order to get access to the Reports tab (BIME)?

The role to give access to the Reports tab (and BIME) is 'Run Global Reports'. This will give them access to all data and all available reports in BIME - it's an all or nothing role. There isn't currently unit based roles around the BIME reports or roles to limit which reports are accessible within BIME.
