This is a
reminder (and a request) to go on and vote for SPNN Youth Videos for the 2008

networks, Twitter followers, and everyone to do the same.) There’s even
an award for the best comment that anyone writes about one of the videos (that
could be you).

Here are the rules for voting from Listen Up!
Official Rules
1. Filmmakers: you are required to watch, rate and comment on at least
five other films from organizations other than your own. You are NOT allowed to
rate your own film... nor the films of others from your group. However (this is
a big however), you can ask as many friends and families to vote for your film.
Got a network of friends? Excellent — put them to work.
2. Fans: go crazy. Anyone with an email can participate. No need to join listenup.org. You can watch, rate and
comment on as many films as you like. However you can only vote once per film
(we individually approve each vote and comment).
3. You are required to write at least one full sentence for the comment for you
vote to be valid. Again, we must approve each and every vote and comment before
it goes live. Don't waste your vote — write a thoughtful, full sentence
comment.
4. Don't bother with mean comments, they won't be approved. However, valid constructive
criticism is encouraged. In short, you don't have to be mean to tell filmmakers
what you mean.
5. Like reviewing? Great, the person who comes up with the most thoughtful and
creative review (whether positive or negative) will also take home a VIP2008
Award.
6. Winners announced more or less Oct 20-24th!
