We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to support our Key Client accounts/JDs on Equal revenue sharing basis

 

Company Profile: Talent Trackers HR is an Executive Search firm headquartered in Pune with cliental inCorporates/ Private-Public limited companies/ Mid size IT/non IT Companies, SMEs, Startups 

Highlights of the Terms:

 

  • We pay flat 50 % incentives for key Jds  
  • Give full client access & official email ID for client coordination 
  • We have 300+ clients PAN India (IT/non IT).
  • Payment terms 30 days with clients, sign up rates 8.33% in majority cases. (We Transfer payment- NEFT/Electronical)
  • We give an Exclusivity to you on chosen JDs. 
  • We are Building a core team of Freelance recruitment partners for long run. 
  • Maintain Complete transparency in communication.
  • You need to arrange portal

 

Freelancing Process:

  • You need to choose any 3 JDs a day from the current lot & discuss the same with our team.
  • We guide you for the critical mandates depending upon your preferred industry sector & location.
  • The JD is equipped with all the information required to do the quality sourcing including your pay out Percentage upon closure, client company profile, client Website/URL, Salary budget, competitors list (If applicable) etc . If you Still end up with queries/questions about understanding the role, you can discuss the same with our team.
  • Our cliental are across the industry sectors (IT/non IT) in domestic & overseas markets.
  • Typical Ticket size of JDs are-- CTC bracket 4 Lacs to50 Lacs
  • We issue you an official Email ID of Talent Trackers HR for all the official/client coordination.
  • Sharing JDs: We request you to handle 1 JDs per day depending upon the urgency & criticality of the role.
  • There are no targets or compulsions to handle 1 JD/day, however, this guideline helps for the best possible results.
  • Sourcing: You need to do the candidate sourcing & client coordination on case to case basis.
  • Processing CVs: After the quality check of cvs, you can share the cvs with the client by marking a CC of the mail to us- the operations manager.
  • Candidate Coordination: You need to do End to end candidate coordination till the shortlisting, completion of interview process, closure & joining. You may require to do client coordination on case to case basis
  • Turn around time for feedback from the client: The normal turn around time is 1 day or less.
  • We maintain absolute transparency in communication; hence you are a part of every email conversation with the client.
  • We encourage you to  build relationship/repo with the client with visits, calls, meetings etc  which, we believe are extremely crucial in growing business.
