Hi all,
Here are the two adult forms, self-report and informant report, organized into two tabs. The self-report form is composed of items from the Teen Self and I-T Caregiver forms that passed the pilot phase. Similarly, the informant report is composed of Teen Parent and Teacher items. I’ve included your item list in the self-report tab since they were already in the first person. Here are two things to keep in mind when reviewing the items:
· Each form is organized into sensory domains, and within each section the items are divided into those that we should not delete because they passed piloting on both forms (“2 x Good”) and those that passed at least one of the two forms (“Good” items).
· Because we have to rely on the prior pilots, I would not recommend deleting ANY “2 x Good” items, nor replacing any more than THREE “Good” items with anything on the replacement list.
Let me know if you have any questions. I hope it’s straightforward enough that you can get through it easily. We’d like the adult forms not to lag too far behind the other forms, all of which are up online: we are now developing the printed research forms for our various paper studies. I’ll send you a spreadsheet of all the final items as soon as I have it back from Production with no further proofing needed.
Per your last email, I’m now going to take a look at the SPM, SPM-P, and a few other manuals to draft an outline for something streamlined and easy to read, particularly in the technical chapters where tables will proliferate.
I’ll send some other docs along as soon as I can.
