I was unable to find a time for our call with the most recent doodle poll. I will try again with a new poll.
--
Did you all see that I put out a new Doodle poll, with six possible times for Mon 8/26?
--
OK, I've just sent a new poll with 8 possible times during the week after Labor Day. And during this call, whenever we schedule it, I would like to talk about the future conference calls being with just a subset of the author group. The understandable difficulties with finding a time that six busy people across the country can talk, are starting to slow down the project.
--
I am fine with this, especially when the topic is the infant and teen versions. However, I would like to be included when we discuss the autism related issues. If everyone else was able to do the 30th- go ahead and have the call without me :). No worries.Heather

Subject: Re: SPM-2 Conference Calls
All I've made several unsuccessful tries now at scheduling a conference call.--I would ask that you consider an arrangement where the author group designates two representatives who will participate in routine conference calls, speak for the entire group, and report back the group. This worked quite well for finalizing the SPM-2 contract, where Tara and Diane took part in the conference call representing the entire group. There will still be opportunities for us to meet as an entire group, certainly at AOTA, and probably in several calls through the year, but when the project is a stage where more frequent calls are needed, it will really slow us down to have to wait to find a time where all six of us can talk.I'd like to hear your thoughts on this - Dave

I am fine with this approach. The other option would be to have a standing meeting time once a month or every two weeks so that we all keep that time clear.
