Dear members of SPLICE Smart Learning Content Protocol Working group:

We started a sequence of meetings to discuss the lightweight protocol proposal by Cai Horstman. The proposal has been published on the group home page and has been posted previously to this google group - please, check https://cssplice.org/slcp/index.html

The proposal has been preliminary discussed at several meetings. Next discussion is scheduled on Nov 7 at 1pm EDT.

Please, let us know if you would be interested to join. We would appreciate feedback from those to reviewed the proposal or attempted to implement the protocol on your side.
