Another SplashCMS just sprung up

Just noticed in a Twitter feed that a new CMS has been started by some other guy and his is jacking the name of Splash...

I hadn't seen it either. Their Twitter page says they have 3 followers!

My suggestion is that Russ, you send them a polite, but firm email. Their
contact information is here:

The message could say something like:

I came across your twitter page and was surprised to see you are planning to
name your CMS Splash. Please don't as there is already a Splash CMS.
http://www.splashcms.com/

This is an open source project and you are welcome to use our code. But,
using our name will just create confusion for users -- This isn't good for
either of us.

Thanks for your understanding in this matter, etc.
