I am having a Terrible time getting splash to work

I'm really excited about seeing splash but i simply cannot get this to
work.
I'm on windows xp, CF9.0.1 developer edition;
i noticed if i download the project from sourceforge or if i download
the project from github i get (2) different versions. arghhhh!

I've had different problems on different machines, bad paths, SQL
statements to setup the DB that wouldnt run... and im a very good CF
developer who knows cfwheels well enough...

can anyone tell me if this project is alive? i have several developers
who work for me and we need a simple cms and i want to build on it -
and we'd be happy to contribute tot he project...

anyone out there???

Not sure what project you are downloading from Sourceforge but its not the same project. Splash is only on GitHub.

The downloads on Github are terribly out of date. I would clone the repo to make sure you have the latest stuff. Raul had done quite a few fixes/updates that I merged in but never got into a download.

If you start from there, and have any issues. Post here. We are still out here listening. ;)
