New base Page

Good Day,

I put Splash in its own spot on my VPS, and I want to do some playing
with it so that I can recommend it to a client. I want to make a new
base page. So I have the home page, and can add sub-pages off of
that, but I want to have a new page - contact or something. I am
playing with the latest from Raul's git repo. It only has the one
page and then a 'File Not Found' page as a sub-page to that. I know
that in the 0.2.5 release, when I had it installed there were a few
base pages. (contact, etc)
