SPLASH v1.13.1 released

Hi all,

It is my displeasure to announce, hot on the heels of SPLASH
v1.13.0, version 1.13.1.

This is basically a bug fix release, so if you downloaded 1.13.0
yesterday, be sure to upgrade!

Changes in 1.13.1 are as follows:

* Bugs with new calc_quantities module fixed
* Generic library interface implemented so backend can be changed easily
* Bug fix with auto pixel selection
* Simpler foreground/background colour setting
* Subgrid interpolation warning added

reporting.

Apologies for perhaps releasing 1.13.0 a little prematurely...
