Error running Anisotropy correction

Hello,

I am getting the following error when trying to do the anisotropy correction.

Could anyone please tell me what the problem is?

Hi Udipan,

How about changing A.mrc and B.mrc to A_half1.mrc and B_half2.mrc respectively.
