post processing

Hello,

After obtaining the corrected half-maps, is the only way to combine them through post-processing in RELION? Is it not possible to use cryoSPARC? I ran the program on data from cryoSPARC, so to continue with post-processing in RELION, do I need the particles?

Hi Danielle,

You need halfmaps and a mask for postprocessing in Relion. I have not tried but I think you can also import halfmaps in cryoSPARC for postprocessing.
