Wisdom of Your Body Mindfulness and Focusing Led by Heather Monkmeyer   Presented by the Wellstreams Training Program Saturday, March 3, 2018, 9 am - 1 pm at The Martin de Porres Center The body contains much more knowledge than we consciously know. Focusing is a process that facilitates access to the deep wisdom of your body. Learning to use this process opens pathways to your body’s deep well of knowledge. This can be helpful for your own inner work as well as a way to accompany directees/clients. SoulCollage to benefit the Wellstreams Scholarship Fund SoulCollage® is a fun, easy, and creative way to express your inner world. Using intuition, imagination, and your willingness to explore, you will learn to create personal wisdom cards that reveal the varied and unique aspects of who you are. As you treat yourself to this creative experience, you will be making it possible for others to continue their education and formation in spiritual direction. All proceeds benefit the SCHOLARSHIP FUND of the Wellstreams Program.
