It has been more than a month that we have been on Patanjali Yoga Meditation together. We have seen first set of 10 benefits in Session IV and will continue to see 10 newer benefits every 3 weeks, that is in Session VII, X, and so on.
A number of practitioners have noticed some benefits from their regular practice and requested to include an interactive component that allows sharing and learning from one another's experiences.
Hence, to further enhance the usefulness of this practice-based course, new format of the session will be adopted from 5th June:
Part I: performing Patanjali Yoga Meditation together online, about 20 minutes
Part II: interactive open forum to share experiences, about 10-15 minutes
Part III: presentation by me on new inputs that may improve your meditation practice, about 15 minutes
Only Part III will be recorded to be later uploaded on the YouTube channel. Thus, our interactions (Part II) can be open, free and frank.
As an exception, Part I will be recorded for Friday, 5th June ONLY to serve as template for those joining the course in the future.
