Hi friends,

We're very happy to inform you that although Dr Chandra will be travelling for next 8 weeks, CIS's advanced level Patanjali meditation sessions will continue, with a new bridging session called Real Life Application of Patanjali Meditation.

This course will be conducted by our director Lily and will serve as a bridging gap between your current understanding of Patanjali's theories and the concept of Samadhi. This will help you make a better transition to the next chapter of Advanced level sessions when they are resumed by Dr Chandra around May.

Here is a tentative plan of what may be covered during the 8 weeks sessions (not necessarily in this order):

1. The universe and our relationship to it

2. Time, space and Samadhi when not meditating

3. Religion, atheism, Eureka moments and Happiness

4. Our physical health and our daily life

5. Self worth, goals and desires

6. Dealing with stress and criticism

7. Dealing with loss of a loved one

8. Making success real, useful exercises
