1) i'm registered and cant wait! Thank you for putting a plan together - i was kinda winging it.
... was pretty proud of myself today, actually - had 25mins before picking up Ev from TKD so went in my running clothes and did 2+ quick miles in the hills around mesa before getting him.
2) pls confirm you received the fat guy pictures so i can wipe them from my phone - i'm starting get funny looks from even my straight friends :)
3) seeya sat 7am & sunday 7am. What brand nutrition do you recomm? (You should just sell these at the gym for a small markup). Can i just bring a granola bar and eat off it during the run? I'm kindof turned off by the idea of eating pure sugar/goo... There must be non-sugar options?
