Hey guys - thought you might want to know:
Our Group ON! programs are flat monthly rate membership programs that
reward those helping us to create a fit community! We reduce the rates
and you get to bring a buddy! Group ON programs include gym membership
as well as unlimited access to our private groups and classes. Rates
listed are PER PERSON - and you've gotta let us know the names of the
others in your group when you sign up. All systems are GO! once we get
your group members confirmed in our system. The bigger your group, the
bigger your discount!! It's time to get your Group ON! Fees are auto-
billed monthly. A 12 month commitment is encouraged.
Gym News:
Our class schedule is up online. Please help us get the word out and
make sure you know the schedule as it increases your workout options!
New Trainer:
Da'Mon Stith joining our team for MMA, Boxing workouts. If you haven't
trained with him yet, you are in for a HUGE treat.
Runners:
Distances are lengthening for the 13.1 - in order to keep your mileage
up and you on track please note the following:
EVENT DISTANCE/LONG RUNNERS meet SUNDAY mornings at 7AM at the GYM.
THOSE of you preparing for the 13.1 half or relay, please note the day
and time change. Saturdays runs will shorter so we can still get our
conditioning and flexibility workouts in.
A Long Run event calendar will be posted this week at the gym.
NEED: A reliable walkers coach -or two to manage walkers on Saturday
mornings. Please let me know if you are willing to commit.
SATURDAY schedule:
7AM GUYS WORKOUT
730AM -815AM - walk/run conditioning and distance
830AM - Drills and Skills
SUNDAY:
7AM 10 miler - please let us know if you'll be here
