Rubab,
I just tried to go into the gnew.org site and I must admit I don't
know how to sign up (when I tried to just log on, of course it didn't
recognize me because I've never signed up...but how to do this?)

As I understand it, we can upload photos and links easily to the
Spirited Women (Googlegroup) site, but the gnew.org is a blog (which I
don't really understand yet.)

I'd be happy to add comments or other useful items, as you are doing,
but as computer savvy as I think I am, I'm not sure I understand the
difference between the two sites we now have. Any advice?

Miss you ALL! I have a short group next week (ESL teachers), but just
a small group of them while they do their city-splits...I'll be with 5
or 6 visitors in Portland, Oregon..where I'll joyfully be able to
visit with my only niece, by great coincidence! Still awaiting the
program details, however, to see their bios and the meetings
scheduled.

Hugs to you all, across the globe...may spring bring you wonderful
opportunities for love, happiness, and personal growth!

Ellen : )

Hi Ellen!
Great to hear from you.. and say hi to your niece from me also..
Ellen i agree with you you can not log in to gnew.org because i was just checking how these ladies can be active on our google group, and most of them has yet not joined this group and i am sure they would not be able to handle blog.. i intentionally made it a blog so we all could manage it by ourselves and administrators having accounts there.. but unfortunately these ladies are not very active with group as they also not very much aware of computer.. anyways it is very easy for you i am sure i can send you the method to get login.. you can handle the dashboard of blog..

secondly i have requested everyone to send me their fresh profiles but i haven't received any.. i'll e-mail everyone tonight about their bios and their suggestions regarding gnew.org.. obviously everyone is welcome to tell me what they want and what is workable..
then i'll be in better position to send you details.. but frankly speaking response is not really appreciable, i know everyone is busy with their schedules as you and me are..

good luck with your new group.. i was really really missing you yesterday night.. i was sitting with my family but i was mentally away and was with you and rest of the ladies.. the fun we had and the things we did.. amazing..

There is difference between google group and blog..  google is domain under Google tag.. but blog is your own property...
i'll send you details tomorrow morning and method to get passwords so you could upload pictures, and other stuff like this...
 Loads of love

Thanks my dear...I appreciate your answers. And I must say that this
typical of the groups I've led so far...LOTS of enthusiasm and
honorable goals while together, then little communication once home.
I'm sure it's hard to go back to work, families, pressures, etc. and
keep those lovely new connections fresh. But, I'm sure that the goals
set among you will find ways of coming to life, perhaps more slowly
and with only part of the group involved, but I'm sure there will be
positive movement in someway in the future...thanks to you creating
the vehicles and to the ones (like Mariana) who are also computer
savvy and have already added to the site. Perhaps a few of you can
connect personally first and start coordinating as a team...then, once
the groundwork has been set, others may be more encouraged to join
your efforts.

I've been missing you all too (and the the lovely basket you gave me,
along with the other group souvenirs remind me of the fun
moments)...the group energy, the smiles and hugs, the frequent
laughter, the lovely accents and outfits, and the "sisterhood"
feeling. It's been pretty lonely here at home on my own, with nothing
concrete to do...big change from everyone else in the group I'm sure.
I'm not very disciplined to work when I don't have some imposed
structure...the reason I never attempted to build a home-based
business! I like the schedules, variety, and energy of the visitors
on these programs, but it's hard to just wait between them and hope
for another one to be offered "sometime". I'm glad I have a short
tour next week to "shift" my energy and get me moving again.
Unfortunately, I'll have to leave the good weather behind, as it's
usually raining up in Portland. Maybe we'll be lucky!

Stay in touch and don't get discouraged. Keep bugging the girls and
I'm sure they'll start responding when they can.

Hugs,
Ellen

Hi Ellen!
you are always good in rejuvenating dying energies.. that is really good and helpful
i am sure i can gather them at one platform and they are ready to do so, but i told you that they are busy with their works.. so i do understand, sooner or later we will be starting and doing so many things together.. i'll keep tickling them..

i am now a days working to start my own non profit organization for counsellings and mentoring for women who want to work.. but no information and start up points are avaialble to them.. i am talking to several Government agencies, but since i done hae concrete idea to do so.. i am not disclosing it o my group. i heard chandsodsa(Laos) is taking some action in this regard..
 she e-mailed all of us..

I am not at all discouraged, rather happy to have sometimes from all ladies.. but just want them to respond once a week so i could gather their interests and suggestions to start network..

The giggle, yells, laughs, hugs, and ongoing fun.. i also miss it too.. and  a "sisterhood" that i witnessed in USA.. i always stuck with one word "AMAZING"

I miss you and Renee.. the energy and loads of information coming from you sometimes difficult to assimilate, and the lovely and intriguing smile from Renee full of impression that she has something on her mind..

Thanks for bearing me and praising my outfits.. i'll send you once my brother will come to US..
 Love you
and good luck with new group
