Be well,
ek

Our Inspiration

This new online training was inspired by our Empowered Youth Immersions.  These were provocative trips that took us into environments and communities deeply affected by social justice issues.  Watch this video to see more about our experience.

Thank you to the Flawless Foundation for sponsoring the video as well as Niroga Institute, BK Bose, Art of Yoga Project, Mary Lynn Fitton, Terri Cooper, Chandlee Khun, Prison Yoga Project, James Fox, Erik Kola and Angel Kyodo Williams
