Join us! Be prepared to sweat during a balanced yet challenging workout, including intention setting, cardio (jump rope!), sun salutation warm ups, the basics of shadow boxing (stance, footwork, punch combinations, defensive strategy), partner drills, upper body / core conditioning, wrist therapy, asana, breath and relaxation.
No experience necessary – Please bring clean sneakers to be worn indoors. Bring a mat if you have one; jump ropes provided.
