ROADWORK SESSIONS

3 Wednesdays 6:15 - 7:30p in June (13, 20, 27)

Convene at Grand Army Plaza Entrance to Prospect Park, Brooklyn for a weekly jog, with shadowboxing and footwork drills thrown in as well as conditioning and interval training. We head out at 6:20 sharp Rain or Shine :)
