Happy Spring everyone -

Time to break out of hibernation! Join me for ... weekly yoga classes ... Spirit Boxing ... private sessions ... office yoga ... 

For the past 8 months I've been studying extensively with Alison West at Yoga Union; just one more month to go before the close of my 300 hour Teacher Training. It's been a wonderful and challenging journey into structural yoga. Students will find my classes full of experimentation, and perhaps new looks at the familiar - come explore with me! 

Lastly, I adore working 1-on-1 with students. Contact me about my availability & rates for individual & semi-private sessions of yoga, boxing or a sweet strengthening combination of both.

SPIRIT BOXING WORKSHOPS 

Spring Open Level Series - 6 Wednesdays 6:30 - 8PM $175

4/23, 4/30, 5/7*, 5/14, (skips 5/21), 5/28, 6/4* Limited to 8 participants  * meets 8:15 - 9:45 PM

What to expect? Moving beyond the fundamentals, we pick up the pace, starting right where we left off. Expect ramped up combinations, partner drills, cardio, conditioning and asana. Challenge yourself by deepening your movement repertoire, technique and core strength. We build technique with speed, precision & fierce focus, balanced with the grace and grounding of breath-centered yoga.

Pre-requisite: Intro workshop or instructor permission. Jump ropes & gloves provided.
