Snacks will be provided!   What is Self-Defense? Self-defense is everything we do to protect and take care of ourselves. Anyone can do self-defense. You don't have to be physically strong, or fast. You don't need any experience.   Self-defense includes prevention, avoidance, setting boundaries, physical techniques, getting support and healing from violence. You will learn to use your body and mind to protect yourself.   Sponsored by New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD). This class is open to all women.
