Fluitek Corporation warrants all goods sold to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is valid for one year from date of invoice. Claims will not be honored if they are not made within one year from date of invoice. In the case of a warranty claim, the purchaser must notify Fluitek in writing. Upon receipt of the notification, Fluitek will either examine the goods at the site or issue a return goods authorization (RGA). If an RGA is issued, the goods must be returned per the shipping instructions provided by Fluitek. Returns that are made without following the instructions provided by Fluitek could lead to the claim being delayed or denied. When goods are found to be defective, Fluitek's sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace such goods at their option without charge to the purchaser, or refund the purchase price of the goods. In no event shall Fluitek be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Steady-statecalibration to drought conditions of October 1999 indicatedthat the model could adequately simulate measured groundwaterlevels at 275 well locations and streamflow gains andlosses along 53 reaches of area streams. A transient simulationhaving 12 monthly stress periods from March 2001 to February2002 incorporated time-varying stress from irrigationpumpage, stream and lake stage, head in the overlying uppersemiconfining unit, and infiltration rates.

During the growingseason, irrigation pumpage was derived from decreaseddischarge or increased recharge of stream-aquifer flux (fromabout 23 to 39 percent), leakage to or from the upper semiconfiningunit (from about 30 to 36 percent), regional flow (fromabout 8 to 11 percent), Lakes Seminole and Blackshear (about2 percent), and flux at the Upper Floridan aquifer updip boundary(about 1 percent). Storage effects (decreased storage gain orincreased storage loss) contributed from about 11 to 36 percentof irrigation pumpage during the growing season.
