Jupyter Service changes

Hi,

As some may have noticed, we are planning on moving our local Jupyter service to a new server that is already available at https://sands.cs.man.ac.uk/. This will come with some changes to the service required to satisfy the security needs of the University. We plan to complete the move in around a month and at this point shut down the old server; additional messages will be sent before this happens completely, but you should consider moving to the new server as soon as possible.

Note that we will also continue to support and encourage the use of Jupyter notebooks via the EBRAINS lab https://lab.ebrains.eu/, which works in a similar way to our new service.
