Hello,

I have been trying to find the docs on where to run simulations but I don't really know where to begin with. Is there an specific link on a 101 on how to use the cloud computing service of Ebrains - Spinnaker?

Sorry for such a noob question.

Hi,

If you are doing things on the EBRAINS lab, there are some instructions here on the first setup:

The main thing there is to clone the repository:

Within that repository, there are some notebooks that give you tutorials on running on SpiNNaker.

If you are running on the SpiNNaker Jupyter service (https://sands.cs.man.ac.uk) you should already have those notebooks available when you first log in.

Let me know if you have any trouble with this,

Andrew 🙂
