Potential change to requiring Java 11 (if using Java)

This only affects people who have physical 48 chip boards (especially if you have more than 1 connected together)
As well as people who connect via spalloc or the HBP portal

Jupiter notebook users are not affected.

Have you changed the cfg setting [Java] use_java to True?

If yes:
      Are you already using Java 11 or willing to change?
      Great

      If you have use_java = True and can not switch to Java 11 please get in contact with us ASAP.

If you have not set, use_java you dont need any Java

ps. 
Jupiter notebooks or at least all the relatively recent ones already use Java 11

4 chip board users not willing to change should remove the use_java = True as for jobs of that size python is just as fast.
Even single 48 chip boards have little benefit from using Java
