update python version

Hi,

I need to use a Python>=3.11, while the one installed on JupyterLab server hosted at https://spinn-20.cs.man.ac.uk is the 3.8.5.

Is there a specific procedure for doing it?

Hi,

 

We could likely update this on your VM.  I think that this might require a bit of work to get right, so if you want to make sure that your code is safe and saved, I can have a go and see if I can make this work…
