Release 7.3.0

We have just released Version 7.3.0

One of the main changes is reducing the number of reports run and data saved by default.

We ask that all Jupyter user update See:

Users who look at the reports typically generated will need to change their cfg file

Reports saved by previous version may not be deleted by the new code.

Please consider manually deleting old reports in your reports directory.
