How to purchase SpiNNaker 48-node borad?

Hi.

I'm interested in local SpiNNaker machine(48-node board) because I would like to debug scripts more efficiently and mount it on a robot.

Could you please let me know if it is currently available and who to contact to purchase it?

I have already contacted to simon.d...@manchester.ac.uk, but there is no response.
