The Jupyterlab on https://spinn-20.cs.man.ac.uk/ is fully functional again after clearing the out of space issues.

Please remember that users should not store workbooks or data on this server.

1. There is NO backup!
2. Disk space is shared and if the disk is full the service goes down for everyone
3. We reserve the right to delete some or even all of users data, workbooks or accounts without notice.
   
   

Spynnaker can generate a lot of data of data while running so this will need regular cleanup.

A single user generated over a Terabyte of data and this is what crashed the server

The current plan is to remove all user accounts that have not been used in a while. 

These users will automatically get a new account on next login.

We also looking at ways to remove old data from the reports folder but recommend users do so too.

Please go to the directory

$HOME/reports.

Please remove everything you are not currently working on.

Release 7.3.0 includes several improvements to keep the data smaller.
