NMPI Remote Service down

Hi,

Apologies for recent SpiNNaker outages.  Our servers suffered a disk failure that then required a lot of work to restore things!  I have now got the Jupyter service running again, and the allocation server from HBP is working, but the Batch execution service remains down.  This will likely now stay down for a while ... please feel free to use the Jupyter service if you still need to access the service.

Sorry for the inconvenience; I will contact you again once this is back up and running.
