Spinnaker 2025.0.4 has been released (new version scheme, repo changes)

Note with this release, the individual spinnaker repositories are deprecated and spinnaker has moved to a monorepo as well as a date based versioning scheme going forward. 1.38.0 was equivalent to 2025.0.1 and was the last version released under the old scheme.  We’ve released 2025.0.1 through 2025.0.4 with the latest release on June 16th, 2025/.  For more information on current versions please go to release notes pages here: https://spinnaker.io/docs/releases/versions/
