New spinnaker releases (2026.0.1, 2025.4.2, 2025.3.2)

• 2025.4.2: https://spinnaker.io/changelogs/2025.4.2-changelog/
• 2025.3.2 is out but release notes PR is not merged, but the release is avaiable

Some key fixes:

• SAML Fixes
• IAP Auth working against post spring upgrades
• Prometheus/Kayenta ALWAYS sending auth vs. waiting for an auth redirect request
• GitRepo allow auth list

PLEASE NOTE:  it's recommended to start pulling from GHCR for images.  These are the last of the releases that will be consuming from Google Artifact Registry!  Images are available here: https://github.com/orgs/spinnaker/packages
