Spinnaker releases: 2026.0.0, 2025.4.1, 2025.3.1

These releases include a number fixes including some security fixes.  It’s recommended to upgrade as soon as possible!  For more information, see the release notes:

For more information, assistance, please see the spinnaker slack.  PLEASE NOTE:  It’s known that IAP auth is still broken at this point in time.  With the spring boot 3 upgrades, a number of things are still not fully fixed.  For those using IAP, it’s recommended to stay on a 2025.3.x release path.  Please check release notes and test before any upgrade!  NOTE:  Given spring updates, it’s important to flush http sessions when going to 2025.4.x and newer versions.
