Cuz it is jam time!

Sorry for the late shout out peeps, I have been sick and off line all
weekend.

Spin Jam is indeed tomorrow, so come get your exercise, come get your
community and come get your Spin on...and bring your friends!

The vibe has been sweeter than pie the last few jams....so get your
calorie free burst of energy packed good times...amidst all this
rain!

How much: donation of $10 is suggested (We all contribute to make

Directions:
Otis St begins at the crux of Mission, S. Van Ness and 12th St. and
is a one way.
From S. Van Ness or 12th come up Otis and make a Right on Brady
1 block to Colton and take a right.
There is a parking lot to pull into with plenty of parking.
