Heya Spin Jammers!

Sorry to lag on the announce...you will see why ;)
I don't ask much, but I am going to ask that you read this whole
email, for realz. The life of spin jam depends upon it! (Literally!)

In this email is:

So why might Spin Jam end? Because Jamie Luv is going to travel around
the world for about 6 months, beginning in July! As many of you know,
one of my 5 jobs is as a nanny for a superkid named Riley. His Mom
needs to go on 2 one month long trips. One to Europe, and one to Asia/
Australia, and she is taking us!

There are 2 months between the two trips. I have decided that I really
want to use this incredible privilege to give back to some of the more
impoverished parts of the planet. I will be going to Ghana Africa for
a month as a volunteer to teach reproductive health, HIV/AIDS
prevention and body awareness. Of course I will also be teaching FUN,
hooping, poi, staff and whatever flowtastic resources I can create!
Following Africa, I will also be going to southern India for a month,
where I will be going to an ashram for a month to do more volunteer
work, both internal and external :).

Which brings me to the invitation to CONNECTIVATE THIS FRIDAY APRIL
18TH. Connectivate is an event that will be a fundraiser for my
volunteer effort. I would like to ship a box of supplies to Ghana,
because the area that I am going to is so impoverished that the most
basic of items is unavailable. Please check out the attached flyer and
DJ line up or www.connectivate.net , send it to your friends and come
on out have a good time in the name of creating abundance for those
that live in desperate scarcity.

There will be fire dancing performances at Connectivate, and I have a
few more slots for fantastic people who would like to spin and support
this event with their talent and energy. I could also use a few more
people to do kitchen or door shifts and other helping type things.

So this week DJ Faith will be coming to the rescue :) He rocked our
world a month or so ago, and I can't wait to have him back! (DJ Danger
Muffin had an emergency :( and Faith will be DJing at Connectivate!
whoo hoo! So will WOM...oh this DJ line up is soooo sweet!

I will be sending out an email with the details for people to step up.
I need 8 people, 7 to each host a month of Spin Jam (ie. get a DJ!),
and one person to take over the emails. Diane Waye has already agreed
to handle the money! Yaaay Diane!

Thank you for your attention. I hope you feel like I used it for good
stuff :)

Luv we share around the World ;)

This is a fundraiser for Jamie Luv's volunteer effort in Ghana Africa
to teach reproductive health, and FUN. Proceeds will go towards
resources and teaching materials to make this effort life changing for
