Ultimate Frisbee this Fall

Good Morning Spinferno!

It's the first day of school at Mounds View and that means it's time for me to fill up your inbox again.

We will be participating in a Twin Cities recreational league this fall. That means that we get to play against old people and other high school teams alike.

COST: FREE (with optional jerseys at an extra cost)

SCHEDULE: See the calendar here

Practices: Every Monday and Thursday, beginning on 9/5 - 5-7pm

Practices will be at North Oaks West Rec fields, here: Google Maps

Games: Every Sunday, beginning on 9/8

Games will be at Lake Nokomis Park fields, here: Google Maps

Our game will begin at either 10:20, 12:00, 1:40 or 3:20 each Sunday.

Full fall league schedule can be found here.

Other events, like pick-up games and socials: TBD

Everyone and anyone is encouraged to come to practices as often as possible. 

Play time at Sunday games will be based on commitment and attendance to practices. Current students will have preference over alumni and other guests.

Hi Coach Fox, is this the Fall rec. league or is there a later season?

Last year Jack joined about this time or a few weeks earlier. 

Can he still play or is it too late?

He liked playing last year, Fall and Spring. I'm hoping he didn't miss his opportunity to play this Fall.
