Regarding the 1H-11B REDOR spin evolution program

    Dear all

                 i am R.V.Sudheer Kumar, doing Ph.D in Indian Institute of Science under supervision of Prof.K.V.Ramanathan. I am trying to write  spinevolution code for 1H-11B (proton-boron) REDOR experiment. I am giving nuclei as 'B11'. Then it is showing some error ' nucleus not found' and 'unknown nucleus'. I have checked the example programs of quadrupolar nuclei given in your website. But I did not found any answer. 

  

         Can you please tell me how to give 11B as the nuclei in the program.

Dear Sudheer Kumar,

The information you need is given in the SpinEvolution Reference Manual on pages 10-11 (see the "channels" and the "nuclei" lines)

In you case, the "channels" line should be something like

channels    H1  B11(freq 3/2)

where "freq" is the actual Larmor frequency of 11B nucleus in your simulation.
