Hello,

Many of you have asked me about timesheets/Timesaver. Please see the information below if you are having any doubts.

Also, do not forget to fill out the 3/25 Intern Report: http://bit.ly/spikes13-intern-2

If you use paper timesheets:

1) Fill in your timesheet

2) Show you company your total hours, get their approval by having them sign the Timesheet Validation Form (click to download)

3) Take your Timesheet Verification Form and your timesheet to Steve- he will sign your timesheet -- OR -- Email me your Timesheet Veririfcation Form (photo or scan) so I can add it to the Timesheet Validation Doc and take your timesheet to Steve- he will sign your timesheet
Steve will not sign your timesheet unless the total hours match the hours signed by your company

4) Take your timesheet (signed by Steve) to HR

5) At the end of the semester, you will hand in your Timesheet Validation Form

If you use Timesaver (electronic timesheets, email Melissa at HR to set up your Timesaver account):

1) Fill in your hours on Timesaver

2) Show you company your total hours, get their approval by having them sign the Timesheet Validation Form (click to download)

3) Email me your Timesheet Validation Form (photo or scan) so I can add it to the Timesheet Validation Doc-- Steve will check the Doc before approving your Timesaver
Steve will not approve unless the total hours match the hours signed by your company

4) At the end of the semester, you will hand in your Timesheet Validation Form

Best,
Ali
