Spiffy UI is now on GitHub

Hello Everyone,

I've completed the migration of Spiffy UI to GitHub.  We have a new GitHub source page here:

  https://github.com/spiffyui/spiffyui

All of our wiki pages are set up, I changed our Google code page to a "we've moved" message, and I've restarted our continuous build server:

  https://spiffyui.ci.cloudbees.com/

The last step is to update SpiffyUI.org which will happen when we release version 1.2.  

Please remove your Subversion working copies and clone the GitHub Repository for any future work on Spiffy UI.  

  git clone https://github.com/spiffyui/spiffyui.git
