Adarsh is an Advocate and a Patent Agent who has also authored “Patent Law Cases and Materials: A Synthesis For India“. Please read below for the details of the launch event of his latest book.
An analytical and critical commentary on Patent Law, authored by Mr. Adarsh Ramanujan will be released on 4 December 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Judge’s Lounge, S Block, Delhi High Court. The book is published collaboratively by Oakbridge Publishing Pvt. Ltd. and Taxsutra.
The launch will take place in the august presence of Justice K.V. Viswanathan, Judge, Supreme Court of India, Justice Manmohan, Chief Justice, High Court of Delhi, Justice Yashwant Varma, Judge, High Court of Delhi, and Justice Prathiba M. Singh, Judge, High Court of Delhi. The book launch will be followed by an incisive panel discussion on ‘The Fuzzy Boundaries of Patent Law’ delving into the contemporary challenges facing the Indian Patent Law. The panel will feature Justice Prathiba M. Singh, and Senior Advocates, Mr. C.S. Vaidyanathan, and Mr. Chander M. Lall, with the author serving as the moderator.
The commentary aims to provide a comprehensive and lucid exposition of patent law addressing grey areas in law and practice. With the rise in national patent applications and the drive for innovation and invention in the country, the book seeks to further critical discourse on the rapidly evolving area of patent law.
